Build A Respectable Cemetery…
Your daytime responsibilities are exactly what you’d expect from someone running a graveyard – at least initially.
Bodies need to be buried or cremated, graves require maintenance, visitors expect flowers to be fresh, and the grounds need to look inviting enough to encourage generous donations. You’ll also oversee a chapel, souvenir shop and a growing list of facilities designed to keep both your customers and your business happy.
As profits increase, you can expand the cemetery, improve your crematorium, craft custom gravestones and unlock entirely new areas to develop.
…Then Defend It After Dark
Once the sun goes down, Zombie Graveyard Simulator changes pace entirely.
Nightfall brings wave after wave of zombies intent on digging up your hard work, forcing you to switch from careful manager to heavily armed defender. Barbed wire, fences, flamethrower turrets and other defensive structures can all be upgraded to hold back increasingly dangerous attacks, including special Blood Moon events.
If the automated defences aren’t enough, you’ll have to join the fight yourself with an arsenal of more than a dozen weapons, from pistols and rifles to shotguns and, naturally, a trusty shovel.
Grow, Upgrade And Expand
Outside of managing graves and surviving the undead, there’s plenty more to keep busy with.
A farming area allows you to grow flowers for visitors alongside vegetables for your own survival, while captured zombie remains can even be recycled into fertiliser. New facilities such as the Stone Quarry, Workshop and Zombie Research Lab further expand your operation, while hired employees help keep everything running smoothly.
Eventually you’ll even unlock Expedition Mode, venturing beyond the cemetery walls to investigate mysterious radio signals and gather valuable resources.

Zombie Graveyard Simulator combines several familiar genres into one unusual premise, asking players to balance business management, town-building and zombie defence in equal measure.
