Zumba – Galactic Marble Blast – hitting Xbox

There are plenty of puzzle games that test your reflexes, but Zumba – Galactic Marble Blast takes the classic marble-matching formula and launches it straight into space.

Now available on Xbox Series X|S for £4.19, the latest entry from EpiXR Games continues the developer’s growing line of colourful Zumba arcade puzzlers – and no, it’s not THAT Zumba.

This time the action goes interstellar, as players take control of a heroic spacefrog tasked with defending distant galaxies from an ever-advancing wave of rolling marbles… and the occasional rogue planet.

If you’ve enjoyed EpiXR’s previous arcade-style puzzle releases, this one should feel right at home, just with a little more cosmic flair.

At A Glance

  • Game: Zumba – Galactic Marble Blast
  • Developer: EpiXR Games
  • Publisher: EpiXR Games
  • Platforms: Xbox Series X|S
  • Price: £4.19
  • Genre: Arcade Puzzle / Marble Shooter

A Spacefrog Saves The Galaxy

In Zumba – Galactic Marble Blast, players step into the role of an unlikely hero: a frog stationed in the centre of a cosmic battlefield. Armed with a powerful marble-launching cannon, your mission is simple; to stop chains of rolling marbles before they disappear into the void.

Positioned at the heart of each level, players fire coloured spheres along winding orbital tracks. Match three or more identical marbles and they explode in satisfying bursts, slowing the advance and clearing space on the board.

Chain together combos and you’ll earn bigger scores while buying precious time before the advancing line reaches the event horizon.

Warp Between Galaxies

Progression in Zumba – Galactic Marble Blast takes players across a range of increasingly challenging galaxies, each introducing new mechanics and hazards.

Every ten levels, players warp to a brand new cosmic location. Among the environments you’ll encounter are:

  • Nebula Gardens – glowing environments filled with vibrant colours
  • Asteroid Belts – rocky paths and dangerous obstacles
  • Quantum Vortex – swirling gravitational routes that twist your shots
  • Black Hole Citadel – the most perilous challenges in the game

Each new galaxy brings additional marble colours, faster speeds and environmental hazards that require sharper reflexes and smarter aiming.

Another Arcade Blast From EpiXR Games

EpiXR Games has built a reputation for delivering colourful, accessible arcade experiences on Xbox, and Zumba – Galactic Marble Blast continues that trend.

Much like the studio’s previous Zumba games, the focus here is on fast-paced, easy-to-learn gameplay with gradually increasing difficulty. We just hope it plays better than the original Zumba – Treasure of the Marble Sea that we reviewed.

Ready To Blast Through The Cosmos?

Now available on Xbox Series X|S via the Xbox Store for £4.19, Zumba – Galactic Marble Blast offers a colourful arcade puzzle adventure filled with space-themed challenges, exploding marbles and galaxy-hopping gameplay.

If you’re looking for a quick reflex-based puzzler with a sci-fi twist, it might just be time to help that spacefrog save the galaxy.

Just don’t let those marbles reach the void. That spacefrog won’t be happy.
