Its release is fast approaching and today it has been announced that Halo: The Master Chief Collection has gone gold!
The biggest Halo experience so far, The Master Chief Collection will contain four complete Halo games (Combat Evolved, 2,3 and 4), every multiplayer map ever released across each game and a completely remastered Halo 2 with new audio and cinematics all accessed via a revolutionary user interface.
You can pre-order and pre-download the game now for £44.99 with a view to then playing it as soon as it is released worldwide on November 11th 2014. Spartan Ops, the episodic co-op experience from Halo 4 will release in December.
Now the not so great news. The Master Chief Collection will use up a fair old whack of your storage space. 45GB will need to be free and usable with another 20GB coming as a content update at launch so if you haven’t yet invested in a second storage device for your Xbox One, then now may be a good time!
