Got a little spare cash to spend on some bargains? The Xbox Live Deals With Gold sale for 22nd-28th Sept 2015 is now live and brings with it the chance for you to spend some cash. But which are the very best and very worst offers on the table this week? Let’s take a look.

Grab – Alien: Isolation– 70% off – £16.50 on Xbox One and £11.99 on Xbox 360

It was 35 years in the making, but finally there is an Alien game that does the film justice.

Okay, Alien Isolation may not be completely perfect but it holds true to the nature of the Alien films with a gritty story that is complimented brilliantly by the tense atmosphere. You’ll be scared stupid playing Isolation and that’s exactly what we want to see from an Alien title. With 70% off, now is the time to hop aboard the Sevastopol…before it’s too late!

If you’re tempted, let our review swing it.

Leave – Payday 2: Crimewave Edition– 33% off – £26.79

£26.79 is a lot of money for something that comes with a bit of a rubbish single player campaign. Granted, if you can persuade three friends to part with their cash, then by all means get involved with the biggest heists on Xbox One, but if you can’t, then it’s probably best to leave Payday 2 alone as the AI who will be accompanying you on your quest for cash is utter garbage.

Grab – Battlefield: Bad Company 2 – 75% off – £3.74

Now this is what the Xbox Live Deals With Gold sale is all about. Proper deals on proper games with proper prices in place.

Battlefield Bad Company 2 may be a few years old now, but it’s a top notch single player affair that should be snapped up for £3.74. In fact, for less than a fiver it’s a bit of a no-brainer and whether you’ve played it before or not, should be the one deal to spend your pocket money on this week.

Leave – Batman: Arkham Knight Premium Edition– 30% off – £61.59

Yep, that’s right, we’re advising you not to buy one of the best games of the year. Are we fools?

Well yes, no,, maybe, but the price of the Batman Arkham Knight Premium Edition doesn’t exactly scream BARGAIN at us. In fact, if you must get involved in the Bats latest adventure, then we’d advise you to nab the £38 standard version, play through it and then pick up the rest of the bits and pieces at a cheaper price later on.

Oh, I love Payday really good game, admittedly the match making is a lil poo and you get kicked from lobby a lot, especially at the lower levels. but if you make lobbys yourself or even as you mention have friends it’s a fantastic game.
