The start of the month is a big deal in the world of Xbox, as that is when the first free games of the month arrive via the Xbox Games WIth gold scheme. And guess what, the start of August 2017 is right now!

Usually coming with a strict £14.99 price tag, if you are an Xbox Live Gold subscriber and wish to get a new game added to your digital library, then now is the time. A hardcore hack ‘n slasher from the creative minds of Resident Evil and Devil May Cry, Bayonetta will test your skills in more ways then one, as you attempt to lay the smackdown on a multitude of enemies.
For a game that was first released way back in 2011 on Xbox 360, you should expect a bit of a drop in quality when compared to the stunners which hit our consoles nowadays, but for free, and for a big old test, then Bayonetta will deliver. Don’t forget, the Xbox Backward Compatible feature will allow you to play it on Xbox One too.
