There’s a fairly decent chance you’ve stumbled upon PAC-MAN 256 on your mobile device. Well good news – you won’t have to wait too long before you start chomping Power Pellets on your console.
Dropping as a digital download on Xbox One, PS4 and PC, PAC-MAN 256 come 21st June 2016, the iconic 80’s icon will bring everything we know and love about the mobile game, whilst also including new features that are exclusive to console.
In addition to the social sharing options and 10 unlockable themes, you’ll be able to play with up to four friends via the local co-op multiplayer mode. You’l need to work together to eat all Pac-Dots & Power Pellets, overcoming the notorious ghost ensemble of Blinky, Pinky, Inky, and Clyde. Yet again, the infamous “256 Glitch” from the mobile version is back alongside a host of crazy power-ups.
“We have really enjoyed working with BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment and Hipster Whale on PAC-MAN 256 for mobile, and having the opportunity to ship it on the latest generation of consoles and PC is the icing on the cake for us!
