2026's Best Games

sabaton band

Been holding out for the day that Swedish power metal band, Sabaton, would be found wowing the music game crowds? Hold out no more as today we are seeing the Rocksmith gods delivering a full Sabaton Song Pack.

It’s been a wile since Sabaton first broke onto the scene, with them rocking up in 2011 to critical acclaim. Today though is the first time we have had the chance to purchase, download, play and master any of their tracks in a videogame though, and just as the band get set to embark on a new pathway with a historical look back through the archives with their new Youtube channel, we see them blasting onto Rocksmith 2014 Edition and Rocksmith Remastered with a trio of tunes.

Well known for their tracks which deal with war, heroism and detailing historical battles, Sabaton are now releasing the following tunes to the Rocksmith audience…

  • Primo Victoria
  • Ghost Division
  • 40:1

Priced up at ÂŁ6.39 (you know, the standard price for one of these triple packs of songs), the Sabaton Song Pack for Rocksmith is quite possibly a must-buy content pack that will appeal massively to fans of the band. Hell, even though who don’t follow them closely, but know of a good riff or two will be more than happy with what they can deliver.

Each tune is also available for purchase as its own individual download, with a ÂŁ2.39 price tag nailed on to each.

In order to get access to the tunes of Sabaton on Rocksmith then you’ll need to be found visiting the Xbox Store (for those of us on Xbox One and Xbox 360) or the PlayStation Store (PS3 and PS4). You’ll find the pack of tunes available for both Rocksmith 2014 Edition and Rocksmith Remastered.

Will you be picking it up? Are you a fan of Sabaton or just know a good tune when you hear one? Let us know in the comments below. Failing that, if your musical tastes are slightly different then you can get the low-down on all the recent Rocksmith content additions here. There’s pretty much something for everyone!

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore. Gamertag is neil363, feel free to add me to your list.
