With the seventh season of the GT World Challenge Europe all done and dusted at the back end of 2020, developers KUNOS Simulazioni are bringing Assetto Corsa Competizione up to speed with the latest DLC. The 2020 GT World Challenge Pack DLC is here to add new cars, tons of liveries, an extra track, and updates to the drivers and teams.
As the name of the content suggests, it’s themed on the most recent competition and as such, you can expect the participating drivers and their respective teams to be accurate. Not only that, but the track that kicked off the season in Imola, the rather historic Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari, has been laser scanned and included within the pack. We expect that’s music to the ears of avid motorsport fans as the Italian circuit is an absolute cracker.
If it’s cars you’re after though, don’t worry because there are two excellent additions to get behind the wheel of: Ferrari 488 GT3 EVO 2020 and Mercedes-AMG GT3 EVO 2020. Should you wish to customise some of the many vehicles available, the 60+ new liveries will surely present plenty of choice.
As long as you own Assetto Corsa Competizione already, you can bolster the experience on Xbox One (and Xbox Series X|S via backward compatibility) with the 2020 GT World Challenge Pack DLC for £7.99 over on the Xbox Store. An alternative option, offering much better value for money in our opinion, is to grab the Season Pass for £19.99 because that will grant access to this, the GT4 Pack and the upcoming British GT Pack.
