We previously told you that Ubisoft would be holding a closed beta for their upcoming combat title, For Honor – well, now we’ve got fully confirmed dates plus a rather lovely new trailer.
So, first things first, the Closed Beta for For Honor will be available between 26th-29th January 2017, on current gen consoles and PC. If you wish to get involved, then forhonorgame.com/war will be able to sort you out.
Running alongside it, Ubisoft is also launching War of the Factions, a limited-time event which will help answer the question: When the mighty Vikings, deadly Samurai and bold Knights finally collide on the battlefield, who will reign supreme? This war will track all multiplayer activities across each and every platforms as players participate in the Closed Beta. If you end up on the winning faction, then you can expect rewards galore when you pick up the full game come Feb 4th – the official release date.
For Honor will offer an engaging campaign and thrilling multiplayer, as players embody warriors of the three Great Factions – the bold Knights, the brutal Vikings and the enigmatic Samurai – fighting to the death on intense and believable melee battlefields. With an innovative combat system putting players in total control of their warriors and allowing them to utilise the unique skills and combat style of each hero to vanquish all enemies who stand in their way, For Honor is highly anticipated.
We can’t wait to get involved. Will we see you on the battlefield? We hope so, but for now, check out the latest trailer below.
