The last few weeks have been that of a mixed bag when it comes to the Xbox Deal of the Week, but this time round t’s been dominated by Rockstar.
There are some massive discounts available on a number of titles and so if you are an Xbox Live Gold member on the lookout for something new to play on your Xbox 360 then this week should suit you.
£2.99 for Midnight Club LA is an absolute bargain but there are also others you should check out.
- Red Dead Redemption – Usually £19.99 now £4.99
- Bully Scholarship Edition – Usually £11.99 now £2.99
- L.A. Noire – Usually £19.99 now £4.99
- Midnight Club L.A. – Usually £11.99 now £2.99
- Max Payne 3 – Usually £14.99 now £3.74
- Max Payne 3 Season Pass – £11.99 now £2.99
You can pick up all the deals by visiting the Xbox Games Store right now or by searching for the relevant titles on your Xbox 360 console.
Its shame that this is 360 only offer
I can’t wait for the XB1 to start offering things like this
Agreed, I reckon once there’s a bigger catalogue of games they’ll do proper X1 sales. Could be next year though realistically.
yes more than likely, I just hope the drop some Xbox Classic games like Midtown Madness 3 and Mark Echos Getting Up in HD but alas that is a fools hope =]
I’ve just had to google Marc Ecko’s Getting Up. Don’t know how or why I missed it but had never even heard of it before. Sounds interesting though.
With regards to Xbox One deal of the week, they’ve played around with dropping the price on some games for a week (Ghosts, Zoo Tycoon), but until there’s a wider variety available I can’t see them doing it too often or with too much a discount.
I’m plumping for October 2014 before we see some proper big weekly price drops, hopefully alongside a decent Xbox One Games With Gold scheme.
You absolutely missed a gem with MEGU!
Although your are not the only one very few people I know played the game (it may be time to dust off the Big Black one and have a play through)
I hope Games With Gold comes to XB1 as it would be nice for the people that genuinely love the console (and spent an arm and a leg) to get something back.
But Q3 for something like that to happen seems about right I can’t see Microsoft trying to push anything to soon.
