We love The Bridge and were amazed at how much it frustrated yet wowed us when we originally played it on Xbox 360. Well good news – it’ll soon be on Xbox One!
Coming to the new generation on 14th August 2015, a puzzle title with heavy Escher and Newton values, The Bridge will see you need to manipulate numerous areas as physics and perspective play a huge role.
You can view our original Xbox 360 review right here, whilst a pretty comprehensive exclusive Q&A that we conducted with the games maker, Ty Taylor, is available for your viewing pleasure.
We will of course let you know as soon as it arrives on Xbox One
Game Description:
The Bridge is a puzzle game that forces the player to reevaluate their preconceptions of physics and perspective. It is M. C. Escher meets Isaac Newton. Manipulate gravity to redefine the ceiling as the floor while venturing through impossible architectures. Explore increasingly difficult worlds, each uniquely detailed and designed to leave the player with a pronounced sense of intellectual accomplishment. The Bridge exemplifies games as an art form, with beautifully hand-drawn art in the style of a black-and-white lithograph.
