As each and every month progresses the opportunity for Xbox gamers to get access to free games via the Xbox Games With Gold scheme increases. That is the case with September too, and just as we roll through to the halfway period of the month, we find new titles stripped of their price tags – with Tekken Tag Tournament 2 being one of those.
It was way back in 2012 that Tekken Tag Tournament 2 rocked up onto Xbox 360, seeing the opportunity for us to jump into battle, tagging characters in and out as we saw fit, and building an element of strategy into the otherwise button-mashing affairs. Free on Xbox until the end of September – although once you’ve downloaded it, the freeness will continue forevermore – this native Xbox 360 title will run just as well on Xbox One, with the power of Backwards Compatibility allowing newer gamers the chance to see what all the fuss from 2012 was about.
