A new Zelda adventure on Game Pass?

Like a bit of The Legend of Zelda? Fancy some new dungeon adventures? The latest addition to the Game Pass line up is just that.

Game Pass gets a new game

Available right now via your Game Pass subscription on Xbox or PC is a new Zelda-like clone. We say new, but it’s only new to Game Pass, having first launched to the Xbox world back in 2022. That game? Well, it’s Freedom Games and stellarNull’s Anuchard.

Landing on Game Pass today (right now, as we type), Anuchard will see you attempting to solve puzzles, will have you battling the most freaky of monsters, and will have you heading off on an adventure into the unknown. The reason? To become The Bellwielder and help restore Anuchard to former glory.

Outside of the Game Pass subscription route, Anuchard is also available for purchase via cash. Some £11.99 (discounted via Game Pass) will see you able to get in on the action. But we think it should be the power of Game Pass that is utilised here, as you enjoy journeying through what Anuchard has to offer.

A new Zelda adventure on Game Pass

If restoring paradise, dungeon adventuring and the tolling of the bell are to your liking, you would do well to grab a download of Anuchard from the Xbox Store this very minute. And make sure you read our full review of the game too. A 3.5/5 review score concluded in the best possible way. This could well be the closest thing you are going to get if you are looking for Zelda on Game Pass.

All in all, Anuchard is a solid adventure which should keep most invested until the end. Despite some balance issues, there’s no getting away from the fact that all the components are here for an engaging and enjoyable experience.

Next up for Game Pass?

So what’s next for Game Pass? Well, we’re very much looking forward to the release of A Little To The Left as a Day One addition come February 15th. Aside from that though, we’re very much in the dark as to what else February has to offer. If you know of any more additions to Game Pass, let us know about them in the comments.

Edit.

Confirmation has now come through from Microsoft HQ as to what Game Pass players will be treated to.

Come 7th Feb, Trains Sim World 4 arrives, followed by Madden NFL 24 on the 8th.

The week commencing 12th Feb is a good one too – expect Resident Evil 3, A Little To The Left, Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night and PlateUp! are coming.

Closing the early part of the month will be Return to Grace on the 20th.
