First Party Battle event begins in Dragon Ball FighterZ on Xbox One, PS4 and PC

0

Just over a week ago, a free update for Dragon Ball FighterZ brought with it a ton of improvements and a couple of new online modes into play, including a Party Battle mode. Well today, Bandai Namco kick-start the party with the arrival of the fearsome Emperor in the first event!

The Party Battle mode allows three players to join forces for co-operative fights, with teamwork the only way to stand a chance against numerous incredibly tough bosses. As of right now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC, until 21st May, the first challenge is in place for you to tackle the mighty Frieza in the event titled “The Emperor Strikes Back”. All gamers around the world are encouraged to help to defeat Frieza, with the event keeping track of total player wins, as well as your own personal amount.

Don’t forget about the other new addition, the monthly FighterZ Cup competition, which tallies up the collective point totals for fighting on behalf of your respective Z-Union. Could this be the month that sees your Z-Union reign supreme over all others?

If you’ve not even played Dragon Ball FighterZ yet and have no idea what it is, then be sure to give our review a read to get up to speed with it. For everyone else, it’s time to recruit a team of the finest warriors on your friends list and get the party started!
