Releasing today on Xbox, PlayStation and Switch, following a launch onto PC at the tail-end of last year, Super Woden GP throws it back to the ‘90s, with the colourful, retro graphics seen on racers of yester-decade. With more than 70 cars from six different manufacturers to burn rubber and eat dirt with, across a plethora of circuits, you can be sure there’s tons of content to play through with Super Woden GP.
Hold your horses, however. It takes time, money and effort to buy cars good enough for the big leagues, and as such you’ll be starting off with your own tinpot, and using the money won from the smaller races, to buy your way up the ranks. Soon you’ll be blasting around in the most premium sports cars, and raking in the dollar!
And you can do all this with up to three mates in local splitscreen – crossing the line in first place in arcade racers may just grant the ultimate bragging rights: we can see many a drink being drank as you gather a few friends round for an evening of hooning it through forests, across deserts, and on street tracks.
