A couple of years ago we heard that Microids had picked up the rights to a video game version of UFO Robo Grendizer. Finally that game arrives for public consumption in the form of UFO ROBOT GRENDIZER – The Feast of the Wolves.
Available right now on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC is UFO ROBOT GRENDIZER – The Feast of the Wolves. A Nintendo Switch version is set for release at some point in 2024. Whilst both Xbox One and PlayStation 4 editions are due ‘soon’. We’ll get this updated when you can play on Xbox One.

We can’t for one minute pretend we know too much about the source material here, but those immersed in the Japanese TV series and manga should be well at home with what is on offer in UFO ROBOT GRENDIZER – The Feast of the Wolves.

UFO ROBOT GRENDIZER – The Feast of the Wolves is on the Xbox Store as we speak. The Standard Edition is priced at £41.74. There’s also a Deluxe Edition for £49.99. This adds in a ‘Royal Outfit’ as well as a new bonus mission in the form of The Prince from Another World.
If you prefer to add that content at a later date, the UFO ROBOT GRENDIZER – The Feast of the Wolves Deluxe Edition Upgrade can be gathered up for an additional £12.49.

After Planet Fleed is destroyed by the Empire of Vega , Prince Daisuke takes refuge on our planet. Taken in and adopted by Genzo Umon, he lives at the Shirakaba Farm. While Vega’s invasion of Earth is imminent, Daisuke will defend the planet Earth with the help of Grendizer, the titanic robot hidden deep inside Genzo Umon’s observatory. With the help of Koji Kabuto, the prince of Planet Fleed will constantly repel Vegans’ attacks and fight his terrible robots, the Monstronefs, which were sent to destroy him.
