Coming to Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC on November 21st 2019, the Indomitable Gauls will soon be back in a whole new adventure that brings an entirely new tale – following on from the fun of Asterix & Obelix XXL2 earlier in the year.
Giving us the chance to live out an extraordinary adventure this brand-new tale, featuring Gaul’s most famous duo, starts in a small village, in Armorica. It is here where everybody is enjoying the quiet life, until the druid Getafix receives a strange letter which will lead Asterix and Obelix to head on out on a unique treasure hunt they aren’t ready to forget.
Travelling with the mysterious crystal menhir to distant lands, filled with new and unparalleled dangers, Asterix & Obelix XXL3: The Crystal Menhir promises to offer a ton of comprehensive content which will delight fans of all ages. No matter whether you wish to battle, explore, collect or puzzle your way through the action, this is a game that has plenty of options in place.
You’ll also be able to complete multiple side quests and demonstrate your curiosity as you collect hidden objects to become a true Gaul, whilst for the very first time in the Asterix & Obelix XXL saga, a cooperative mode will be available! This will allow you to play with family or friends locally as Asterix and Obelix’s actions will be complementary and the two heroes will play together as they make their way through the game.
With all your favourite Gauls, including Getafix, Cacofonix and Vitalstatistix, along with new characters created for the game, it really is a case of the more the merrier in Asterix & Obelix XXL3: The Crystal Menhir when it releases on Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC come November 21st.
