Circuits gives you a full music track and the individual components of it – including bass, chords and other elements. Your task? To put it all back together!
By listening to the complete song before rewinding and fast-forwarding to hear certain parts in isolation, you will be able to identify which position each element of the song you have been given should be in. Furthermore, some parts are repeated throughout the song, so you will have to decide how many times you want a certain sound to play. After you have completed the song, you will be able to progress to the next level.
It may seem simple in principle, and it may just be that, but Circuits will challenge your ability to identify elements of a song and the rhythm. However, once you do complete a level and hear your crafted song back, then this is when Circuits becomes very rewarding indeed.
Packed with 25 songs to work your way through and some minimalist visuals so to not distract you from the task at hand, Circuits has dropped on Xbox One for $4.99. It’s currently only available in the North American region mind, but should it hit the UK we’ll be sure to let you know. We’ll have a full review for you soon too.
Edit: Not only is our review now live, but Circuits has made a little entrance into the UK gaming scene. You’ll find it available from the Xbox Store for £4.19. Â
It’s time to get your groove on!
