Jethro Tull takes us back to the 70s with the latest Rocksmith DLC

-

We’ve had multiple opportunities to head back to the madness of the 1970s with Rocksmith on Xbox One, PS4 and PC – and today we find ourselves going back there again as three 70s anthems have hit home.

Available right now for all Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3, PS4 and PC players to purchase, download, learn and, eventually, master are three tunes plucked straight from the 1970s music scene to create the 1970s Song Pack III. With Jethro Tull leading the way, and then the Grand Funk Railroad and Golden Earring following up, it’s a rather decent little pack of tunes.

Should you wish to splash the £6.39 required, will get access to the following:

  • Jethro Tull – Aqualung
  • Grand Funk Railroad – We’re An American Band
  • Golden Earring – Radar Love.

As always, you’ll find that the Microsoft Store will sort out the Xbox rockers, whilst those on PS3 and PS4 will need to hunt down the latest content on their own digital store. Whether you’re learning the ways of the axe with Rocksmith 2014 Edition or Rocksmith Remastered matters little – new content is always great and should you not fancy the entire pack, then you should at least be considering a single £2.39 option.

Don’t forget to let us know what you’re be picking up by posting in that comments section down below too.

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore. Gamertag is neil363, feel free to add me to your list.

No flute in Aqualung despite what Ron Burgundy would have you believe 🙂
