It’s been a little while since Rocksmith 2014 and Rocksmith Remastered players have had a bit of variety in their lives – but today the latest downloadable content pack to hit the game most certainly delivers that. Are you ready to hop aboard the Runaway Train?
Available for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PC, PS3 and PS4 players to purchase, download, learn, play and eventually master are four new tracks made available courtesy of the Rocksmith Variety Pack XIII. Priced at a cool £7.99, you’ll get access to all of the following great tunes:
- Soul Asylum – Runaway Train
- Billy Joel – Only The Good Die Young
- George Thorogood – Bad to the Bone
- The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus – Face Down
Whilst this seems like a great variety pack, should you only fancy grabbing one or two songs provided, then you’ll be pleased to hear that they are all available as individual purchases too. The Microsoft Store will happily sort the Xbox players out, whilst PlayStation rockers will need to visit their own digital store. Expect to pay £2.39 for each song you wish to download though.
So, what do you think of the latest Variety Pack for Rocksmith? Is it a welcome addition? Is Runaway Train the real standout, are you Bad to the Bone, or does Billy Joel take the headlining slot? Let us know your thoughts and comments in the section down below.
