The Far Cry franchise has taken us to a tropical island and the Himalayan country of Kyrat, but now it’s time to go old school to the Stone Age. Get knee deep in an open-world sandbox filled with giant beasts, unpredictable encounters and environments that’ll take your breath away. In Far Cry Primal, you’ll take of a seasoned hunter named Takkar, who is the last remaining member of his group. Can you survive by outsmarting the many humans and beasts standing in your way to eventually rise up and become the apex predator?

Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 – 25th February – Xbox One

The longstanding feud between plants and zombies continues in Garden Warfare 2, bringing with it a whole host of characters, old and new, as well as additional game modes. This action shooter in Zomburbia will feature nine game modes including the fresh 24 player Herbal Assault where the plants will take it to the zombies and Graveyard Ops that’ll place the zombies in defence mode for four player co-op. Pick your side and help give one of them a push towards glory.
