We told you about this back in January, but the time has now come for WWE fans and Xbox 360 owners to rejoice.
The new WWE app will see 24/7 streaming and will come with a six month subscription costing $9.99/month, but you can be sure that will be money well spent.
Jam packed with a full programme schedule and a huge on-demand library, all of the PPVs will be live on the network like Wrestlemania 30, Survivor Series and Summerslam plus content from NXT and Superstars will be made available. RAW & Smackdown will be kept on their current TV network but there will be replays available on WWE Network.
For the old school fans, maybe a reality series featuring legends such as “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan, Jimmy Hart, Gene Okerlund and “Rowdy” Roddy Piper. As far as On-Demand is concerned, we shouldn’t forget all the back catalogues WWE now owns and we can, at least, look forward to Pay-Per-Views from the past of WWE, ECW and WCW.
Currently limited to America, the network will hopefully be making its way to the rest of us in late 2014 or early 2015 whilst it should also be available on Xbox One sometime this summer.
Great article to announce an app that doesnt work 4 days after it launched.
