How much fun can a personality test be? You’ll find out if you drop the cash on Moon Hunters on Xbox One.
Available right now for £11.19, Moon Hunters sells itself as a 1-4 player cooperative personality test, one in which every playthrough you action will end with a different narrative. A randomly created action adventure with a whole load of skill levelling, text boxed based conversation and magical combat, Kitfox Games have created something pretty unique in Moon Hunters.
Whether you go it alone, or take a few friends on an adventure, you’ll find a game that throws up surprise after surprise, as you try to survive the five short days before King Mardokh and his Sun Cultists declare war on Issaria’s tribes. Your choice of character will be key, as will each and every action throughout the quick little playthroughs.
But making it to the end and watching your destiny head up into the stars forever more doesn’t see the end for Moon Hunters, and it won’t be long before you head back in to another adventure, with a whole new world to explore.
If you like the sound of what is on offer, then the Xbox Games Store will happily take your cash – but we reckon you should read our full review of the game first.
