A bolt of new horror – Pinball M expands with System Shock

In recent months we’ve been flipping for our lives, with the horrors found in Pinball M. Today, a new bolt from the blue hits home as Zen Studios build on the scares with System Shock Pinball. 

Available as the latest table addition to the Pinball M franchise is a new System Shock Pinball expansion. This one accompanies the base game of Pinball M, as well as the Death Save Bundle which includes tables focused on Chucky, Dead by Daylight and more. If you’re needing your pinball thrills, but want to be scared witless as you go, we’re not sure there will be anything much better.

Pinball M – System Shock Pinball comes with a £4.59 price tag attached. At least that’s the case from the Xbox Store for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One. Expect other digital stores – PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, Epic for PC – to run roughly similar pricings. 

Wherever you pick this one up, Pinball M – System Shock Pinball will see you attempting to guide a Hacker through the Citadel Station. Jacking into a Terminal, you’ll find mini-playfield, rewards and more, all as you hone your flipping skills like never before.

Whilst you’ll need the base game of Pinball M to hand in order to play the System Shock Pinball content, the key features of this pack are looking pretty nifty. 

• Jack into the Cyberspace Terminal mini-playfield for great rewards
• Watch out for the Cyborg Attack! If you take too long to shoot, your ball will be shot and jettisoned off your flipper
• Shoot with precision to ‘Get a Head’. Reveal a second ball by hitting the correct one out of three severed heads

Pinball M – System Shock Pinball is on the Xbox Store, playable on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. You’ll find a price of £4.59 in place, getting access to the Pinball FX version of the DLC too. But there’s more in the form of a free trial version. You’ll probably do well to check that out first.
