We considered counting up the number of Aery, Life of Fly, Murder Diaries and Paper Flight games the team at EpiXR Games have pushed out to the Xbox world over the last few years. But if truth be known, we ran out of fingers before we’d even exhausted the initial series.
That doesn’t mean we don’t want more – and more is exactly what we are getting in Aery – The Lost Hero on Xbox.
Hunt for The Lost Hero
Available right now on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, following on from the huge number of previous Aery games, is Aery – The Lost Hero.
If you’ve played any Aery game previously, you should know what to expect here. It places you in the wings of a little bird, one that is looking for a hero. A lost hero, if you will. You’ll be given the opportunity to soar through the sky, looping, gliding, flapping your way to victory.
Mechanically, this should play exactly as before, with just a mere switch in the variety thanks to the arrival of The Lost Hero tag. Basically, fly around, find memory shards, job is a good one.

Game Description
In this game you play as a little bird and search for a hero that is able to save your village.
On your journey you will discover unknown, giant and beautiful environments and you will be able to enjoy the feeling of flying while exploring a whole world filled with beauty and little secrets.
Within every area of the world, you have to find a certain amount of memory shards to remember the path that leads to your final destination and advance with the story. Once you have found all memory shards you are free to explore the next area.
