Ubisoft have taken a bit of a battering over Assassin’s Creed Unity, with a number of bugs, glitches and issues hitting the game from launch. But they’ve responded…and in a fairly decent way too!

Firstly, all Assassin’s Creed Unity Season Pass holders will be compensated. This will be in the form of a free game from The Crew, Far Cry 4, Just Dance 2015, Watch Dogs, Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag or Rayman Legends. Personally, we’d jump at a free copy of the brilliant Far Cry 4 but as always, the choice will be yours. Further details of when and how you’ll be able to claim your free game will be announced soon. If you don’t currently own the Season Pass then tough luck, because it’s being discontinued.

But that’s not all. ALL AC Unity players will also receive some planned DLC for absolutely nothing. The Dead Kings DLC doesn’t yet have a release date, but Ubisoft have promised to now give it away when it doesn see the light of day. Great news for anyone looking to continue their Unity experience into the new year.
