The skateboarding community have had one hell of a gaming year with EA confirming a new SKATE will be on the way, Tony Hawk's dropping a full remaster of his best games, and Skater XL delivering a more simulation style affair to Xbox One, PS4 and PC. But it's set to get better still and hot on the heels of Easy Day Studios confirming that Skater XL players will soon be treated to the first new community maps, comes a new trailer - one that details and dates the arrival of some community created gear and new skate brands into the game.

What Trust have done with the GXT 310 Radius must in a weird way be commended: coming to a heaving market with a multi-format headset that costs less than £20 deserves some kind of mention. Unfortunately that headset is so lacking in features, comfort and quality, that aside from being seen as a ‘my first gaming headset’ for the very youngest of gamers, it should probably be dismissed from any wishlist immediately.

Cuisine Royale has had a weird life. Having first come to inception as an April Fool's joke, and then making the most of Xbox Game Preview before launching into the world as a fully fledged title, it's been a game that has attempted to run a different Battle Royale route to the genre leaders.
