The Pinball FX - Godzilla vs. Kong Pinball Pack consists of three separate tables: Godzilla vs Kong Pinball, Godzilla Pinball, and Kong Pinball. All three borrow elements from the film, but one stands tall above the rest and immediately feels welcoming to casual pinball players, so let’s begin with that table.

Given the steep price point at just under a tenner, it’s hard to recommend the Williams Pinball: Twilight Zone table for Pinball FX to anyone except ardent fans of the TV show or those with love for the classic machines.

Crypt of the NecroDancer Pinball is a Pinball FX table that’s going to be loved by fans of the game and enjoyed greatly by everyone else.

Demon Hunter is one of Artifex Mundi’s long-running hidden object adventure series’, with a total of five instalments now ported across from the PC. Rather bizarrely though, they’ve been released out of order on Xbox; the fifth, and most recent, offering is actually the inaugural title that first saw light of day way back in 2014, Demon Hunter: Chronicles from Beyond.

There are many Super Hero games available in the gaming scene, but one of the most intriguing of recent times has been that of DC's Just League Cosmic Chaos. It's a game that we loved, but we wanted to know more and so grabbed the team at PHL Collective for a chat.

First seen in 2013, Kingdom Rush Frontiers rocks up with a promise of being a devilishly addictive tower defense game. Is Kingdom Rush Frontiers a solid enough offering to withstand the test of time, or will it crumble to the ground with outdated ideas and graphics?

I think it’s fair to suggest that Hazelight Studios don’t do things by halves and it shows in the quality of their two award-winning co-op games released to date - A Way Out and It Takes Two. Focusing on their debut title though, A Way Out, which landed on March 23rd, 2018 for various platforms, it’s a fantastic and innovative co-op experience. Perhaps the family friendly aura, alongside minimal marketing, is the reason its release has flown under the radar slightly. So this is a rallying call to DC fans to pay attention to DC's Justice League: Cosmic Chaos, because it’s an action-packed brawler that’s a real credit to the franchise.

Despite the use of a rook and a game board though, Defend the Rook actually has very little to do with chess. It’s strategic, sure, but the focus is on turn-based combat featuring a group of heroes which is infused with tower defense and roguelike elements.
