With the EGX 2018 event kicking off next month, it’s always good to find out what’s going to be there for those attending. Gamer Network have now unveiled Bandai’s big presence at the event, revealing that quite a few of their titles will be on show.
A new version of the combat flight action game Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown that’s been developed using Unreal 4 and trueSKY technology will be playable. SOULCALIBUR VI will be showcased too, with new characters (such as Geralt of Rivia from The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt) and tournaments to get involved with. The Bandai Namco booth also features playable demos for anime favourites like My Hero: Ones Justice and the epic franchise clash in JUMP FORCE. For the first time, the first entry in the new horror anthology ‘The Dark Pictures’ Man of Medan from Supermassive Games will be playable alongside an exclusive developer session too.
It’s also worth noting that the developer sessions featuring 11 – 11: Memories Retold with Aardman, Twin Mirror (DONTNOD) and The Dark Pictures Anthology (Supermassive Games) will take place at this year’s show on Thursday, 20th September.
EGX, powered by Virgin Media, is the UK’s biggest games event and takes place at the NEC in Birmingham between 20th-23rd September. Will you be there to check out any of these games? Let us know in the comments below!
