Evil Diary is on Xbox, PlayStation, Switch and PC

Where would we be without Ratalaika Games? For one thing, the digital storefronts that power our gaming sessions would be a whole lot quieter. A prolific player in the indie gaming scene, it’s that Ratalaika team who, pretty much without fail, deliver at least one new game to the masses each and every week. This time they are giving us the opportunity to browse the pages of the Evil Diary.

Ready to browse the Evil Dead?

Available right now on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation, Switch and PC is Evil Diary. And whilst the title would point to this being something of a Visual Novel, it is in fact a 2D action shoot ’em up. Your task? To go up against some of the most grotesque of enemies – all in hope of surviving.

Priced at £4.99, Evil Diary is the creation of Angelo Gamedev & 9Ratones, grabbed by Ratalaika as they look to fill the indie space. It looks to be a fun little excursion too as you take on the role of Eve, a heroine determined to survive.

Some thirty-two stages of action await in Evil Diary as you look to help Eve slay and survive against hordes of the very worst monsters. She’ll be found shooting, slashing and taking them down in any way she can.

I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore.
