Putting aside that old debate as to whether Die Hard is a Christmas movie or not, it’s time to play hard with the new Tin Hearts festive update on Xbox, PlayStation and PC. Yippee Ki-Yay!
Inspired by Die Hard
Inspired by one of the greatest Christmas films ever (get into the comments and discuss that but Die Hard sits at #11 in Rotten Tomatoes’ list so we’re not sure there’s a debate to be had) is a new update for the rather brilliant little Tin Hearts. It’s in here where Wired Productions and Rogue Sun have gone to town. It focuses on Tim McClane as the usual Tin Soldiers have been transformed into a reluctant vest-clad hero.Â
Available today for Tin Hearts players on Xbox, PlayStation and PC, the new free update will let you play hard and explore the world of Tin Hearts as Tim McClane. Tim is a fully controllable maverick tin soldier who is able to break rank and scout out the best way to progress. Bringing in an additional layer of discovery throughout your adventure, Tim McClane will help to bring the Santa and Elf tin soldiers to safety. Yep, he’s saving Christmas (again).
A modern day Lemmings
If you haven’t yet played Tin Hearts, then you really should get that fixed. Playing as a modern-day Lemmings, it tasks you with working through a variety of puzzles. All as you look to guide your troop of tin soldiers to their goal. Make sure you check out our full review of Tin Hearts on Xbox right now.Â
You can then get purchasing a copy of the game from the usual stores. The Xbox Store for instance will sort you out on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. You don’t have to pay either. It is available through Game Pass no less.Â
