Whilst Dragon Ball Z fans wait for new on a Xenoverse 3, more DLC is being pumped out for Xenoverse 2. Five years on from the initial release of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 comes the Legendary Pack 2 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, PC and Google Stadia.
Alongside a free update for the base game that brings plenty of new goodies, the Legendary Pack 2 brings a whole lot more of premium goodness. The latest trailer below goes into more detail as to what to expect:
The four new playable characters are Jiren (Full Power), Gogeta (DBSuper), Caulifla (Super Saiyan2) and Kale (Super Saiyan2). The shots of these characters fighting were all from the new arena too, Volcanic Wasteland.
Of course, there is also a lot more than just a few new characters and a new stage. Extra missions, parallel quests, moves, costumes, super souls and illustrations are all included in the Legendary Pack 2. The parallel quests in particular are focussed around Fu intervening with the events in Dragon Ball Super: Broly, so players should expect some interesting timeline alterations.
The trailer also details that there is still more to come in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 in 2022. With nearly 40 years of history to draw inspiration from, you can bet there is still a lot more in the pipeline after this also.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 – Legendary Pack 2 will cost you £7.99 on the Xbox Store. It obviously requires the base game to be able to play which can be downloaded from here if you still don’t have it.
