A retro-styled shoot ’em up, Nova Strike will have you making your way through the galaxy. But this one is a little different to the norm, running roguelite elements in the progression system as you look to battle through increasingly tricky and challenging chapters.
Priced at £7.99, spaceship shooting awaits in Nova Strike. Enemy bases will need taking down. Space defenses will need ripping apart. Squadrons defeated. And as you find progress, destroying anything that gets in your way, Nova Strike will evolve, letting you use earned points on upgrading your ship in terms of firepower and defences.
What’s more, Nova Strike’s levels are procedurally generated, staying fresh, urging additional runs. Include some pixel arted designs, an original soundtracks and more, and this could well be a SHMUP worth checking out.
