You may remember that upon release of Destiny, Activision were running a great upgrade offer that saw you able to get the Xbox One version of the game for free. Well….fancy doing the same with Call of Duty Advanced Warfare?
It’s simple to understand and even simpler to action.
Purchase a digital copy of Call of Duty Advanced Warfare on Xbox 360 (or indeed PS3) and you’ll be able to unlock, for free, the next generation version within the same console family. That means you’ll get the Xbox One (or PS4) version of the game for absolutely nothing.
The offer will run until 31st March 2015 and covers all of the base game, the season pass and any additional digital content that you purchase and if it’s anything like Destiny, you’ll find the game is cheaper on Xbox 360 anyways! Any stats, gear and multiplayer enhancements that you unlock will also transfer over with you.
Additionally, any pre orders will mean you get to pick up the Day Zero Edition of Advanced Warfare, giving you access to the game a day before its official release, plus two custom weapons: the AK-12G Assault Rifle and Crossbow-B2. Activision are throwing in November 3rd as a Double XP day as well!
