It’s been a while since we’ve seen the glam rockers of Great White coming to the fore in the music industry, but today it is them who are found hitting Rocksmith with a new Song Pack. And if you don’t fancy taking a bite out of this one, we don’t know what will appeal.

Back in the late 1980’s Great White hit the big time, frequenting the MTV scene and dropping Once Bitten to ensure that mainstream musical success was to be theirs. That was followed up by …Twice Shy, and then a number of further long-players throughout the 1990s. That was before tragedy struck in 2003 during their gig at The Station nightclub in Rhode Island, when more than 100 fans lost their lives.

From there it was many a year before the band would reform, with four further albums pushing out even more tunes to their fans.  Today though it is they who join the gaming community with a new Rocksmith Song Pack that focuses entirely on Great White.

Available right now are the following tunes in the Rocksmith Great White Song Pack…

  • Once Bitten, Twice Shy
  • Rock Me
  • House of Broken Love

Running at a full Song Pack price of £6.69, and then seeing each individual track also becoming available for £2.49, fans of Great White who have a copy of Rocksmith – either the 2014 Edition or that of the Remastered Edition – will be able to now purchase, download, play, learn and master these three tunes from the band.

All you need to do to gain access is to hit up the Xbox Store (for those on Xbox One and Xbox 360), or the PlayStation Store (should you prefer the PS3 or PS4 way of life), pay up the required cash and enjoy what is able to unfold.

If you wish to know more about Rocksmith then our full review of the Xbox version should be taken in, particularly as it informs greatly on how this is most certainly a great guitar tutor and how it is the fastest way to learn guitar.

Let us know if you are down with the music scene and decide to grab the latest content for Rocksmith courtesy of the Great White Song Pack. If that doesn’t float your boat, then there are a whole ton of previous song packs available too.

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore. Gamertag is neil363, feel free to add me to your list.
