And it’s not the first time that the Hidden Shapes series has come to Xbox either. Previously we’ve seen Hidden Shapes: Animals + Lovely Cats, as well as Hidden Shapes: Black Skull + Old West arriving in 2022.
Cats Galore!
Releasing on Xbox, PlayStation and Switch platforms, Hidden Shapes: Cat Realm + Trick or Cats features two very similar puzzle games. And each has a different theme. Both task you with orienting pieces of a diorama such that they are the right way round, connecting up with other pieces of the painting to produce a cuddly cat scene.
Cat Realm will see cats placed in all manner of fantastical scenes. Mostly things are centred around them being magical wizards, hard at work blacksmithing, or interacting with a number of fantasy creatures.
Trick or Cats, as the name may suggest, is a Halloween-themed affair. It sees our furry friends haunting mice as a vampire, being buried underground as a mummy, or even soaring through the night sky as a scary witch.
Ultimately, both will pose puzzles of a variety of difficulties, testing to see if you have a keen eye.
