Having previously released on PlayStation, Switch and PC via Steam, Cygames have today released Little Noah: Scion of Paradise to the Xbox world. If you’re up for a bit of casual roguelite action, this could well deliver.

Play this one Anywhere on Xbox

Available right now on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S (as well as Windows for Xbox Play Anywhere support), is Little Noah: Scion of Paradise. It comes to Xbox after previously gathering acclaim on other formats to see you taking charge of the titular Noah. Noah is a bit of a self-proclaimed genius alchemist, as she joins Zipper, a mysterious cat, in a journey through ancient ruins full of secrets waiting to be discovered.

Randomly generated dungeons await in this one, as you look to create unique attack combinations with over 40 different recruitable allies in this action game that anyone can dive into! With epic boss battles aplenty and a deep growth system, Little Noah: Scion of Paradise could well excite.

Key features

  • A Casual Roguelite Action Game – Explore dungeons that shift with each playthrough and sweep through foes along the way. Use recruitable allies, “Lilliputs,” and items you’ve collected to defeat the ruin bosses. If you get knocked out during your adventure, never fear—you can use the items you’ve earned to power up Noah and come back stronger than ever!
  • Repair your Airship, Reap the Benefits – As you venture through the ruins, you’ll collect mana to repair and upgrade facilities aboard your airship. These facilities will give you boosts to make your next adventure smoother. Each facility gives different boosts, so choose how you want to power up Noah.
  • Unique Parties, Unique Combos – Recruit the Lilliputs you’ve acquired into a dungeon crawling party. Attack combos change depending on the order of your lineup—choose from 40+ Lilliputs to customize your party and maximize your power.

Which version should you buy?

It launches on Xbox for some £11.99 in Standard Edition form. There’s also a Little Noah: Scion of Paradise Special Edition for £15.99 that adds in a couple of DLC packs. They are the Little Noah: Scion of Paradise DLC 1: Avatar, Lilliput and Acessory Pack and the equally bemusingly named Little Noah: Scion of Paradise DLC 2: Avatar, Lilliput and Accessory Pack. Each costs £2.49 if you don’t buy that Special Edition.

To really confuse things, there’s also the Little Noah: Scion of Paradise : DLC 1 + DLC 2 Pass. £3.99 will see you sorted with both DLC packs.

Let us know if you’ll be picking up Little Noah: Scion of Paradise now it has arrived on Xbox.
