For 20 years Milestone have delivered motorsport game after motorsport game, establishing themselves as one of the most respected of developers in the genre. Now though they are delivering further news regarding their current project and with Gamescom ready to roll, Gravel has got itself new details and a brand new trailer.
With much of the Milestone Gamescom focus being set on Gravel, it’s good to hear that a full demo will be in place, giving attendees a valuable peek at some of the key features of the game. With the intention of revolutionising the off-road scene, opening up the most daring jumps and craziest stunts to players, whilst delivering more than 50 tracks, Gravel will be full of adrenaline filled races as you get the chance to head off through wild and unexplored landscapes.
Whether you’re a huge motorsport fan or just like to delve in on a casual basis, Milestone are ensuring that Gravel will have a track for every experience. You’ll find the red hot sands of an Australian Quarry through to the isolated and unexplored territories of Alaska, where players will cross the arctic tundra and pass through one of the most famous circuits in the world, Montalegre.
It will also bring in some of the most extreme competitions from real world arenas, merging courses that blend together reality with the very best of new ideas.
The list of manufacturers and vehicle models in Gravel will also be pleasing to many and you’ll find yourself behind the wheel of the likes of the FordRaptor F150, the Toyota Celica ST185 GTFour, the good old Ford Fiesta ST and Volkswagen Touareg 3. Obviously many more will also be included.
If you wish to get hands on with Gravel at Gamescom, then make sure you pay Milestone a little visit. You can find them occupying a portion of the Italian Trade Stand (better known as AESVI) at A012/A013/B014 within the Business Area Hall from August 22nd through to the 24th.
If you’re not there, then the trailer below will have to suffice. Check it out.
Gravel will be arriving on Xbox One, Xbox One X, PS4, PS4 Pro and PC in early 2018.
