Now that the ‘Thundersnow’ has disappeared and we are hopefully over the worst of the winter, gamers are starting to rise from their slumber. For many this was their chance to re-visit Skyrim in the recently released Definitive Edition. Memories came flooding back as the hours ticked by, and once again we were all reminded why Skyrim was one of the greatest games of the last generation and will continue to be praised for many a year to come.
This got me thinking though, Fallout 4 recently finished releasing its DLC with the excellent Nuka-World add-on, and so what is next for that game? Are we expecting a re-release of Fallout 4 too when every man and his dog owns a 4K TV, or should it be left now, and work moved on to whatever Bethesda have planned next?

Nuka-World is the sixth and final piece of DLC for Fallout 4. Or the third if you are only counting story-based DLC. Or just the second if you are inclined to not count the Automatron DLC. Whatever it is though, the Fallout 4 DLC releases have seen constant peaks and troughs when compared to previous Bethesda games, and hopefully this final content pack finishes what has been largely a very enjoyable experience on a good note.
In case you thought Fallout 4 wasn't a big enough experience already, Bethesda have kindly dropped in a new add-on which will ensure you'll find many more hours of gameplay to get involved in.
Fallout 4 was one of the most anticipated releases of this generation. Ever since its surprise reveal by Bethesda at E3, fans and newcomers to the series have been eager to see how Bethesda would be able to redefine the open world genre as games, like its predecessor Fallout 3, and the likes of Oblivion and Skyrim had done in the past.
But is it all that?
Run, run, run you fools, it’s the end of the world…again. Lately though, I feel that if the apocalypse came tomorrow I would have absolutely no issues in surviving. I’ve played many a game, read many a book, watched many a film and TV series - all of which will see me able to survive quite comfortably should the worst happen. I would craft make-shift weapons out of toilet rolls, build a car out of a lawnmower and wear trendy end of the world clothing from Gap or Diesel. I feel the real end of the world is going to be a bit of a disappointment and it will hurt...a lot.
