Star Trek Prodigy: Supernova Xbox

Star Trek may have been around since the late 1960s, but can you believe that Star Trek: Prodigy is the first series in the franchise to be targeting younger audiences. (Don’t be fooled by the animation of Star Trek: Lower Decks, that is definitely for adults only). Anyways, said family friendly Star Trek: Prodigy has just had a videogame crossover too, and it is now available. Star Trek Prodigy: Supernova is out today on Xbox. PlayStation, Nintendo Switch and PC.

Play as either Dal R’El or Gwyndala – or as both in local co-op – as their ship, the U.S.S. Protostar picks up a strange signal. As they approach the planet to investigate, their transporter malfunctions, separating them and their crew across the universe! With the impending doom of a supernova about to happen, can you save your crewmates, your ship, new species and even an entire solar system in time?

“It has been a huge pleasure to work with Paramount and Nickelodeon to create a game that brings to life a brand as influential and important to popular culture as Star Trek. Creating the first family friendly Star Trek game has been an exciting new challenge for us and we’re sure that with this title, we have created something for Star Trek fans old and new to enjoy together”, saidTerry Malhan, CEO of Outright Games.

Designed for Trekkies of all ages, Star Trek Prodigy: Supernova is out now on the Xbox Store priced at £44.99. Coming from Outright Games who have recently released the likes of PAW Patrol: Grand Prix and DreamWorks Dragons: Legends of the Nine Realms for Xbox, we are well aware of their family friendly emphasis. And don’t forget to stick around, our review is beaming its way to you shortly.
