It’s almost three years since the last instalment of the hardcore racing simulation series, Project CARS 2, but brace yourself petrol heads, for we now know when the next one is due. That’s right, the Project CARS 3 release date has been announced for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. There’s not too long to wait for you to be able to start those engines and embark upon your ‘Ultimate Driver Journey’ either!

This next racing game for the franchise, Project CARS 3, is expected to feature all the authentic motorsport and racing content fans could ever ask for: the biggest car roster in the franchise’s history, new tracks (including venues such as the home of the Brazilian Grand Prix, Interlagos, and the roads of Tuscany), plus an exciting, fully-fledged career mode that will entice players on a driver’s journey from weekend warrior to racing legend. Also new to the series are authentic car upgrades, customisation and personalisation options for both cars and drivers, and improved assists to welcome newcomers into the thrilling world of motor racing even at its most intense.

Aside from that, we’ve learned about the official release date today as well. BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Europe and Slightly Mad Studios have revealed that Project CARS 3, the next instalment in the renowned Project CARS franchise, will be available on 28th August, 2020 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. So there’s only two months until you can get behind the wheel and put all of your driving skills to the test.
