Xbox owners missed out on the original A Tale of Paper, initially released as a PS4 exclusive. Now though, there is an opportunity to play this new version: A Tale of Paper: Refolded is out today on Xbox and PC. Nintendo Switch and PS5 versions will follow at a later date.

A Tale of Paper: Refolded is all about Line, a magical being made of paper. Their form isn’t fixed either as they can transform into various things such as rockets, birds, frogs and more. They can use these new forms to solve puzzles and explore this mysterious and emotional world.

This new remastered version also includes three prequel chapters expanding the world itself, complete with a new playable protagonist. This new characters comes with their own unique transformations to utilise.

A Tale of Paper: Refolded also features:

  • Paper shape transformations: Jump high as an origami frog! Turn into a paper plane and soar! Discover seven forms, each with its own pros and cons
  • A small hero in a big world: Overcome challenges, solve puzzles, and escape danger as you journey across beautifully crafted environments
