Sky Force Reloaded is the shoot ’em up you were looking for – and it’s out now on Xbox One

If you like the buzz of a shoot ’em up, then you’re already probably a fan of Sky Force – whether that be the original game from back in the day, or the grind ’em up that was Sky Force Anniversary. Now though that grind is about to get even more intense as Sky Force Reloaded is here!

Released today on Xbox One, and a couple of days back on PS4 and PC, Sky Force Reloaded is full of intense shooting action, high octane bullet dodging and enough replayability to keep you going for weeks and months on end. There will be a Nintendo Switch version arriving at some point in December too.

Priced at just £7.99, Sky Force Reloaded from Crunching Koalas and Infinite Dreams takes everything that was good about the original Sky Force and then turns things up to 11. You’ll get great visuals, stunning sounds, tons of levels, new difficulty levels, more aircraft than ever before and a whole host of weaponry to attach to them. Oh, and the upgrading system, letting you create a ship the way you want, is absolutely first class.

Add in bonus cards, unlockable Technicians, Challenges and weekend tournaments to keep the juices flowing and you’ll see why we think Sky Force Reloaded should be right up there on your hit list. Our full review will be with you very shortly, but you could do worse than hit the Microsoft Store immediately and grab yourself a shoot ’em up bargain.

Whilst you’re there, you may as well grab Sky Force Anniversary too. It’s a stunning game.

Prepare to hit the sky and get involved in some massive bullet filled battles – Sky Force Reloaded is here!
