Players returning to the galaxy far, far away will be able to experience face-offs between the likes of Darth Maul and Yoda, fly the X-wing in epic dogfights and even take control of the immensely powerful Kylo Ren. All whilst taking in a plethora of battlegrounds which span all three eras of the Star Wars franchise. This sequel to the easy to pick up and play multiplayer shooter, Star Wars Battlefront, is heading to Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on November 17th, 2017.

Completely new to the sequel is the inclusion of a much requested campaign mode, focusing on a fresh hero named Iden Versio. The canon story is set between “Return of the Jedi” and “The Force Awakens”, bridging the gap of events whilst in the role of an elite Imperial soldier. But that’s not the only mode reveal, as console based gamers are set to get an exclusive offline split-screen co-op mode to delve into. Two players can battle across the Star Wars universe, earning rewards and upgrades to take into the online side of Star Wars Battlefront II.
