Sterling, Coutinho, Trippier and Ward-Prowse lead the EPL charge in FIFA 22 Team of the Week (TOTW) #22

Over the course of the last week, it’s been the Spanish who have been at the fore of the Ultimate Team game, taking up many spots in the previous FIFA 22 TOTW. Now though, as Team of the Week (TOTW) #22 begins to shape up, a whole new squad of players have joined the party. There are some seriously big EPL names included here too.

TOTW #22 is a cracker and in fact we think that this week provides one of the finest midfield pairings we’ve had in recent times – and yeah, we might be a little biased but having Southampton’s captain James Ward-Prowse in the middle of the park makes us more than a little happy. JWP finds a spot alongside Villa’s new fan favourite – Coutinho – whilst Newcastle’s big January signing, Kieran Trippier, also finds a place in FIFA 22 TOTW #22. With his injury though, it’s looking likely to be his last chance for a while.

Oh yeah, and just to round out the EPL players and prove that the English Premier League is the finest in the world, Raheem Sterling is on absolute fire. 

Who else do we have? Well, there’s a big emphasis on Bundesliga players, whilst there’s even spots for those found in lower leagues – Accrington Stanley’s Sean McConville and Plymouth’s Ryan Hardie are both present. The big surprise for us though is seeing a player from Mumbai City FC front and centre – step forward Bipin Singh.
