Back in mid-2021, MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries kinda just popped up on the Xbox Store – at the time it was one of the most important, one of the best, Xbox platform exclusives of the year. Today, that game is built upon, with the launch of the Rise of Rasalhague expansion.
Available to purchase, download and add into your MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries base game right this instant is the Rise of Rasalhague content pack. It’s priced at £12.49 and brings forth new missions, new mechs and new mercenaries to the table.
Focusing on a time before the formation of the Star League, you’ll get to join Colonel Mansdottir and the good folk of Rasalhague as they go looking for a fight to freedom, independence from the controlling Great Houses.
What this means is that players of MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries will find access to twelve new missions set across a single quest line, the Crusader Mech chassis and eleven variants and a new Rival Mercenaries feature.
Further to that is a free game update that is rolling out to all MechWarrior 5 players, with that adding in an improved AI performance, a redesigned Mech Hanger and more.
