Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep: A Wonderlands One-Shot Adventure now standalone on Xbox, PlayStation and PC

-

Having first come to the fore as an add-on for the stunning Borderlands 2, it’s time for players to once again take in Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep – just this time in A Wonderlands One-Shot Adventure form ahead of the release of Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands next year.

Available to purchase and download right now on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, PS5 and PC, Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep: A Wonderlands One-Shot Adventure is 2K and Gearbox’s attempt to ensure that Tina is front and centre in the build-up to Wonderlands, before it launches on March 25th 2022.

Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep: A Wonderlands One-Shot Adventure whisks players back into the role of the titular Tiny Tina as we focus on her inaugural story, taking on the role of Bunker Master and partaking in a game of Bunkers and Badasses. From there an utterly epic land will unfold as quests of revenge, redemption and fantasy all play out.

Priced at £7.99, Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep: A Wonderlands One-Shot Adventure will give you the opportunity to play as one of six unique Vault Hunters as they work their skills and abilities to the max, combining as one, going alone should the need require, vanquishing foes and villains at every opportunity.

“Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon’s Keep is one of the most important pieces of content Gearbox has ever imagined,” said Randy Pitchford, Executive Producer on Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep. “With the original Dragon’s Keep, not only did we introduce an entirely new genre into the critically acclaimed Borderlands series, we created and developed some of Gearbox’s most impressive gameplay and storytelling. I am thrilled for Tiny Tina’s original adventure to be readily available for a new generation of players, and also for long-time fans to come back to where the story started and once-again experience the magic that inspired Wonderlands.”

Key features include:

  • PICK-UP-AND-PLAY ACTION – Choose your character from a roster of six unique Vault Hunters, each with their own signature abilities and powerful builds, and jump into chaotic fantasy battles right away in solo or co-op
  • A WORLD OF ADVENTURE & DANGER – There’s no telling what’ll happen next with Tina as your Bunkermaster! Be ready for anything (especially hungry Mimics masquerading as treasure chests)
  • WHERE SHOOTING & LOOTING MET CASTING – Vanquish any villains who get in your way using a huge assortment of souped-up firearms, all while firing Lightning Bolts and Fireballs from your fingertips with spellcast-style grenade mods

We’ll be sure to get hands-on with Tiny Tina once more, running the rule over how Dragon Keep: A Wonderlands One-Shot Adventure plays on Xbox. With it coming complete with 4K visuals, we’re sure this one will pop – stay tuned for our review soon.

I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore.
