I don’t think there’s a gamer out there who doesn’t love a good hero story. Slay the baddies, save the allies, win the war. That said, Bokosuka Wars II will surely have a few ears perked with its arrival today on the Xbox Games Store, with gameplay taking players through a war filled battle and leading the allied armies through an invasion of the Basamu Empire.

Set back in the middle ages, Bokosuka Wars II has players on a path to conquer the King Ogereth, the man looking to invade the world by controlling the surrounding peaceful countries of the Suren Kingdom. First though you will need to save your army and bring them together if you are to stand a chance against the Basamu forces.

Bokosuka Wars II is the first official sequel to the original from 30 years ago and is available to download now on Xbox One for the price of £11.99. There is also a free trial available.
