Bored of the usual black, white and green options? Turtle Beach have got you sorted with a whole new range of camo colourings for their best-selling Recon 70 Gaming Headset.
Compatible with Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch, PC, mobile devices and pretty much anything else that runs with a 3.5mm audio jack, the Turtle Beach Recon 70 isn’t a brand new headset – after-all, we told you about it last year – but with the latest colourways, the options have just increased some more.
Running with full wired multiplatform compatibility, the Recon 70 Gaming Headset is now available in Silver, Green Camo and Blue Camo varieties. Still coming complete with powerful sound via 40mm drivers, a lightweight, super-comfortable design, and a more than easy-to-handle £29.99 MSRP, the Turtle Beach Recon 70 Gaming Headset should certainly be one you keep an eye out for.
The all-new Recon 70 Silver is now exclusively available in the UK at Argos and will retail in other participating territories as of March 13th 2020. But joining that are two new Recon 70 Camo versions – Green Camo and Blue Camo – both of which are available now for pre-orders from Turtle Beach in the UK and additional international territories. These will launch worldwide on March 13th 2020.
This means the entire Recon 70 range is now up to a total of nine, with each one delivering the immersive sound and lightweight comfort gamers expect from the headset giant. Powerful 40mm over-ear speakers, crystal-clear mic performance, leatherette-wrapped cushions, and multiplatform functionality with Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch, PC and mobile devices, mean this range will appeal to many.
“Our Recon 70 series gaming headsets have been doing great since they launched last April, becoming the Company’s best-selling* headsets on multiple platforms, so we’re excited to give fans even more colour choices as they gear-up for another great year of gaming,” said Juergen Stark, Chairman and CEO, Turtle Beach. “With new consoles on the horizon, the Recon 70 Silver and Camo options are great choices for gamers looking to get a new high-quality gaming headset for less than £30.”
If these new colours aren’t to your liking though then the Recon 70 series sees Xbox One and PS4 models available in both black or white with green and blue accents, respectively, while the Nintendo Switch version has a black frame with signature red accents. Also, alongside those and available at participating retailers is a unique midnight red version of the Recon 70 for PS4.
