A collaboration between Merge Games and Dark Screen Games, Bounty Battle is a 1-4 player 2D fighting game in which a total of 30 characters from the world of indies are coming together for the ultimate showdown. Furthermore, there’s a host of game modes to get stuck into, including Tournament, Versus, Challenge Mode, Tutorial and Training Room – the latter of which comes in handy for perfecting your skills.
You can expect to see the inclusion of heroes from games such as Guacamelee!, Darkest Dungeon, Dead Cells, Awesomenauts, Pankapu, Flinthook, SteamWorld Dig, Jotun, Battle Chasers Nightwar, and a whole lot more. Each character will possess their own unique abilities and come with a minion as a companion as well. There’s no doubt this means things like energy beams, swords and undead minions are going to be the norm across the 16 different arenas featured, which have been inspired by the native worlds of these heroes.
